This is their first mini-album release which was a limited edition, making it quite hard to find and expensive these days.
Released on CD in a slim jewel case with an obi. Some state that this is a single or EP because of the slim jewel case. I however feel that it is a mini-album, because it has the same structure as their 2002 mini-album 不機嫌なアンドロイド (i.e. it starts with a short instrumental song).

Tracks 3, 4 and 6 were re-recorded and included on their next albums and singles.
It is very possible that these are demo recordings, yet this album was released to a wider public so we should regard these versions as the final ones of that time.
Track 7 was a remix. This song was initially released on a compilation CD in 1997 and a demo cassette in 1998 when they were still called ピコピコポン. This remix is in fact based on this 1997 demo! It wasn’t released by メトロノーム until five months later on a demo cassette, then as a single and finally on their third album 1メトロノーム.
