Two different vinyl editions were released. This is the regular one which comes in a normal, non-gatefold, sleeve, has two white die-cut inner sleeves and a 12″x12″ sheet of paper with liner notes.

Pre-orders were signed by the band on the front sleeve, like the one in the photo above. As you can see, the singer really made an art out of it. Same for the other examples below.

The album was re-released on vinyl on July the 12th 2014 in London for Independent Label Market as a limited edition of 50 copies, making this arguably the rarest commercially released Horrors item. It comes in a unique non-gatefold glow-in-the-dark sleeve with screen printed inner sleeves. Most, if not all, copies came in a tote bag with a similar design as this limited edition.

Japan had a nice promotional CDr which comes in a slim jewel case and without any artwork. It features the two bonus tracks from the commercial edition and the disc comes with a double-sided A4 press release in Japanese.
