This is a compilation album from 2002 which features two tracks by メトロノーム. Both tracks were initially released on two separate demo cassettes, though have been re-recorded for this release.

致死量フリーク was initially also released on a demo cassette, though in 2000. It was re-recorded once again for the same 2008 compilation album.
