Two different 7″ singles were released. The first one came in a plain black die cut sleeve with a barcoded sticker on the back. It also came with a square sticker featuring a drawing of a shoe.

The second vinyl edition came in a full color sleeve with a black and white printed inner sleeve. This was all housed in a protective clear sleeve with a square shaped sticker.
There should or could be an alternate version of this release where the front has some faint colors. I however wonder if this is not due to the printing process.
