A variant of the previous promo CD exists which comes in a brown card sleeve. It is unclear to me why this version exists. Maybe demand was higher than anticipated and they ran out of sleeves? The disc is otherwise the same as the previous promo.

A promotional CD was issued in the US in early 2012. It comes in a jewel case with full artwork and a unique radio mix which is 17 seconds shorter than the UK radio edit.
